[In his SOTU speech] .. GW proposed to cut US consumption of gasoline by 20% in ten years, as an effort to combat global warming.

This was a stroke of genius, and I couldn't stop laughing!

So far, nobody seems to have decrypted the code. This has nothing whatsoever to do with global warming.

The US uses about 25% of global oil production now, and about 20% (or less) of CO2 comes from automobiles - more comes from cows (recent news) and the worst culprit is coal used to produce electricity, because the Dems and Greens have a severe case of nucleophobia.

Chopping US gasoline use by 20% will reduce global CO2 emissions by less than 1% - and Chinese and Indian emissions will continue to rise, as their economies expand. There will be no detectable effect on global climate, even if Al Gore thinks there will be. Assuming Al Gore thinks.

BUT - the US imports about 10% of its petrol from OPEC (our largest sources are Canada and Mexico, which is good for Canada and Mexico, and us) and chopping US gasoline use by 20% will reduce US reliance on OPEC oil to - ZERO!

The OPEC guys understand this perfectly, I expect - the US media, as usual, are totally clueless. This was GW's way of telling OPEC that "your days are numbered," while, at the same time, tossing a sop to the Dems and Greens in America!

Since the Dems and Greens will see this as GW joining their cause, they don't understand that this is a backhanded declaration of war on OPEC that will have the effect of putting a lid on oil prices (OPEC profits) beginning immediately, and continuing forever, as long as the Dems cooperate in this environmental endeavor to end Global Warming, or Global Freezing . . . whatever.

"The Forest Service budgetary process rewards forest managers for losing money on environmentally destructive timber sales and penalizes them for making money or doing environmentally beneficial activities," says Randal O'Toole, a forest economist at the Thoreau Institute in Bandon, Oregon. "Until those incentives are changed, giving the Forest Service more power to sell or thin trees without environmental oversight will only create more problems than it solves."

There are no innocent bystanders, because in these desperate hours, bystanders are not innocent. We'll broaden our theater of conflict ..." - By Mike Roselle, cofounder of Earth First!, the Rainforest Action Network, and the Ted Turner-funded Ruckus Society. Printed in the January 1995 Earth First Journal

"I have a theory. My theory is that every time the Forest Service or some other entity commits an act of destruction of the wild, if every time they plow under another roadless area, or murder a wolf, or mangle and plunder and sack a wild place, if every time they do this I take my anger and place it in a certain compartment inside my brain, than when it becomes time to throw bombs I will be the best bomb thrower, perhaps better than the other bombthrowers. So, I spend my days patiently contriving means to stop the madness which drives the Forest Service and other renegades, and each day I read the mail; perhaps I file anther appeal and then at the end of the day I open up this special compartment inside my brain and I put the anger of some new atrocity in it, in anticipation of the day when I shall need this anger in order to throw bombs. But a new fear has overcome me. I perceive my anger calling me from inside its compartment, I hear the door unlatch from inside, and this new terrible question approaches me: "How will I know when it is time to throw bombs." - Wild Rockies Review Volume 6, Number 1 1993 - By Earth Firster, Eric Bowers Ryberg also known as Pajama.

"Bo Turner runs the Flying D [Ranch, owned by Ted Turner]. I have several friends that have hunted there and done well. The ranch is huge, surrounded by 6-foot tall electric fence. The fence kills hundreds of big game animals each year that try to get out -- and also keeps wolves from getting in. This is common knowledge in Montana." - Bob Fanning, Pray, Montana. A NEWBORN baby was one of at least 14 children and adults killed today when a suicide bomber detonated a truck laden with explosives close to a primary school in the northern Iraqi city of Kirkuk.

The latest massacre of Iraqi children came as 21 Shia market workers were ambushed, bound and shot dead north of the capital.

The victims came from the Baghdad market visited the previous day by John McCain, the US presidential candidate, who said that an American security plan in the capital was starting to show signs of progress.

In his Orwellian world “support” means not letting anyone say what everyone knows: that the troops have been put in the untenable position of an occupying army. Which do you choose? A way of life where you are the master of your destiny, or one where virtually all decisions are made for you by one ruling body or another? It's the classic struggle facing every human on earth. Freedom or control.

Truth be known, there are many who actually choose control. It makes for a well-ordered society with few surprises. In a controlled society one doesn't have to make complicated career choices, health care is provided.

On the other hand, there is the chaos of what some call freedom. In such a society, people are fully responsible for their own actions. Untethered individuals throw a monkey wrench into a well-ordered society by inventing new gadgets that make life easier and more productive, but threaten old ways.

“JPFO ALERT: THE NEW GHETTO JEWS”

"Ghetto Jew" is a perjorative term used to describe those
Jews who advocated working with the German government
during the Nazi reign. Afraid of "rocking the boat" or
"making things worse", the ghetto Jews not only did not
resist the increasing oppression, but sometimes even
assisted the Nazi terror by becoming Kapos

http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Holocaust/kapos.html http://tinyurl.com/2wy2xv or serving on the Judenrat (http://www.jewishvirtuallibrary.org/jsource/Ho
locaust/judenrat.html

http://tinyurl.com/3bogex

Unfortunately this is common in any time of oppression. The
firearms community, as you will see, has its own ghetto
Jews.

The FAIR Trade Group is an organization representing the
interests of businesses involved in the legal import and
export of firearms across international boundaries. In July
2001, Executive Director Rob Talley spoke at the United
Nations Conference on Small Arms. His opening words were,
"It is very important that we clarify at the outset that
our membership supports efforts to ... restrict the illicit
trade in small arms and light weapons."

A recent newsletter from FAIR shows that they are
continuing to compromise away YOUR rights. Some of their
"accomplishments" include:

- Co-sponsoring a workshop with the US State Department
Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) on small
arms export licensing

- Promoting a "more narrow" definition of a small arms
for future UN arms treaties

- "Reaching out" to the State department and "work[ing]
with them to develop a more transparent and certain
export licence approval process and constructive industry
participation..."

They also express relief that "...as we discussed at the
annual meeting, there was considerable concern that the
budget impasse in Congress would result in a loss of staff
or a freeze in hiring at ATF. Fortunately, funding for the
2007 fiscal year came in above dire projections so the
office is not expected to drop staff as feared."

More BATFE agents? Oh, goody.
The FAIR Trade Group isn't alone in its betrayal of
firearms owners. The National Firearms Act Trade and
Collectors Association (www.nfatca.org) proudly annouces
that they regularly meet with the highest officials in the
BATFE to "find a better way to work together."

http://www.nfatca.org/kcrmeet.htm

Hey, it worked for the Judenrat, right?

Instead of opposing our tyrants -- the UN, the BATFE, and
all the other gun-prohibitionists -- these agencies are
working WITH them, assisting in their own downfall and
selling us out, all while defensively claiming, "It would
have been worse if we hadn't!"

At what point does compromise become complicity?

GLOBAL WARMING

http://morningcoffee.wordpress.com/2007/03/10/the-environmentalism-cult/

http://www.crichton-official.com/speeches/speeches_quote05.html

And so it is, sadly, with environmentalism. Increasingly it seems facts aren't necessary, because the tenets of environmentalism are all about belief. It's about whether you are going to be a sinner, or saved. Whether you are going to be one of the people on the side of salvation, or on the side of doom. Whether you are going to be one of us, or one of them.

Am I exaggerating to make a point? I am afraid not. Because we know a lot more about the world than we did forty or fifty years ago. And what we know now is not so supportive of certain core environmental myths, yet the myths do not die. Let's examine some of those beliefs.

When you hear the term "Global Warming", think "Central Planning". With Global Warming, the Left finally has its best excuse to restrict your lifestyle and take away your freedoms

http://www.larouchepub.com/other/editorials/2007/3412gore_swindle_film.html

In the name of "saving the planet," an international fascist movement has been created with the intention of reducing the world's population on a scale greater than Hitler dared dream of. Environmentalism is just a new name for the policy of Malthusianism or eugenics, long promoted by the Anglo-Dutch finanical system. The purpose of the fraud known as global warming is to justify the slashing of living standards in the developed world, and to condemn billions in the developing sector to a sub-human life, without access to even so elementary a benefit of modern life as electricity.

http://www.akdart.com/warming.html

It is my opinion, based on the material cited below, as well as my years of careful observation (of the news media, not the weather) that the entire "global warming problem" is a hoax. The forces of nature are hundreds of times more powerful than the influence of human activity, so if there is to be any warming or cooling, it will almost certainly be the result of a change in solar activity or other natural phenomena. And whatever the cause, the amount of warming that has occurred is not enough to warrant any action, even if there was action to take.

What are we to make of this? In my opinion, I think the officer should have waited until the next day to get the I.D. back. If the police want to do a sting operation, that’s fine. But when a business follows the law — which I assume is the outcome the police are wanting — the least the police can do is cooperate with the business’s policies and not drag a business owner in at the officer’s convenience and then arrest the business owner because he was perturbed at being ordered to come in and return an I.D. like he was doing something criminal.

Good article here on compulsory education and the perpetuation of the State. John Singer was killed because he wanted himself and his family to be left alone. He wanted to be the decisionmaker in his children's upbringing. This quote from the judge that sent the sherrif after John Singer, gives us some insight. Children are NOT chattels of their parents, they are chattels of the State. It is their duty to the State that they take the indoctrination required by the State in order that the State may perpetuate it'self.

The State has taken the liberties to enter into some contract with our children which supercedes the rights of the parent's over them.

When Judge Larson dissolved his stay of execution, the newspapers quoted him as saying,

"By law, children in this state have a right to an education, and a duty to attend school. Children are no longer regarded as chattels of their parents. They are persons with legal rights and obligations. The rights of the parents do not transcend the right of a child to an education nor the child’s duty to attend school. Parents who fear the negative influence of public education should also examine the damaging effects of teaching a child disobedience to law and defiance to authority."

Ten men, in five groups of two watched Singer, learned his daily routines and, finally, were to confront him in such a fashion that resistance was futile. On January the 18th, 1979 they made their move whilst John was clearing his driveway of snow. To use his petrol driven snow blower, John had put down his rifle. But he still had his .38 Colt automatic. When he saw the lawmen coming, John turned and started running, drawing his pistol. Fearing for his safety, one of the lawmen fired his shotgun once, killing John instantly.

When one takes the time to research the "liberal elite," whom the conservatives oppose, and the "conservative elite," whom the liberals oppose, one finds both "elite" are one and the same. "Liberal" or "Conservative" is not a substantive choice, it is only the carefully crafted illusion of a choice, for both parties come together when they are instructed to.

"The real truth of the matter is, as you and I know, that a financial element in the larger centers has owned the Government ever since the days of Andrew Jackson."
A letter written by FDR to Colonel House, November 21st, 1933

"Fifty men have run America, and that's a high figure."
Joseph Kennedy, father of JFK, in the July 26th, 1936 issue of The New York Times.

If you care to know who runs the world you live in, view these films. If you care not then I leave you with this quote to ponder:

"There will be, in the next generation or so, a pharmacological method of making people love their servitude, and producing dictatorship without tears, so to speak, producing a kind of painless concentration camp for entire societies, so that people will in fact have their liberties taken away from them, but will rather enjoy it, because they will be distracted from any desire to rebel by propaganda or brainwashing, or brainwashing enhanced by pharmacological methods. And this seems to be the final revolution."

There was no corner of the known world where some interest was not alleged to be in danger or under actual attack. If the interests were not those of Rome, they were those of Rome's allies; and if Rome had no allies, then allies would be invented. When it was utterly impossible to contrive such an interest — why, then it was the national honour that had been insulted. The fight was always invested with an aura of legality. Rome was always being attacked by evil-minded neighbours, always fighting for a breathing space. The whole world was pervaded by a host of enemies and it was manifestly Rome's duty to guard against their indubitably aggressive designs. They were enemies who only waited to fall on the Roman people....

Many felt the Germans deserved it. But this is collective guilt — and in Western thought, guilt is individual. You might call the Nazi leaders criminals, but in most cases, MacDonogh notes, "it was not the criminals who were raped, starved, tortured or bludgeoned to death but women, children and old men."

Free society vs. controlled one

http://www.yumasun.com/opinion/government_36025___article.html/society_individual.html

A majority vote of the populous cannot decide what is best for society without taking away individual inalienable rights. In a free society, the majority cannot dictate who smokes, ingests drugs, gets married, obtains an education or receives health care without taking away the right of the individual to exercise those activities. Only in a government-controlled society does the majority rule. Democracy is a failed system just like any other socialist system.
The sole purpose of government in a free society is to protect the right of the individual to his life, liberty and property. Government's role in a controlled society is to take from some to give to others in order to create the so-called perfect society.

John Alexander

http://www.nidsci.org/bios/alexander.php

Do some research and see which radio networks pander to him. Also read the following:

Director of General Motor's Biomedical Research department. Attended closed meetings with Dr. Igor Smirnov under the auspices of his membership in the National Academy of Sciences panel on 21st Century Army Technologies. (Defense Electronics, 7/93. Reprinted in Flatland). Smirnov gave a series of closed meetings in Northern Virginia -- starting on 3/17/93 -- to the FBI, CIA, DIA, and ARPA concerning Russian developments with a device that allegedly implanted thoughts in a subject's mind. The FBI was considering using this device to implant the voice of God in David Koresh's mind, telling him to surrender.

Other, non-intelligence participants included Dr. Richard Nakamura of the National Institute of Health [note: I think he may now be the director]. This technology was supposedly used by the Russians against civilians in Afghanistan and possibly on the Red Army to prepare them for battle. The American rights to this technology is owned by a Richmond, Virginia company called Psycotechnologies Corp. (Defense Electronics, 7/93. Reprinted in Flatland #11)

(C) February 28, beginning of 51-day siege on the Branch Davidians at Waco Texas which ended in the death of more than 80 people. Until this incident, the electromagnetic weapons had kept a very low profile. But in the documentary video "Waco: The Big Lie Continues", footage from the British Broadcasting (BBC) shows at least 3 EM weapons used by U.S. Government agents. First, the noise generators used against the Davidians. Second, a powerful strobe light, shown during a nighttime sequence. And the third was the Russian psycho-acoustic weapon considered, but agents deny use of this weapon against the Waco people. FBI agents met with Dr. Igor Smirnov in Arlington, VA to discuss the possibility of using the weapon against the Davidians. (from "A Subliminal Dr. Strangelove", by Dorinda Elliot and John Barry, Newsweek, Aug 22, 1994).

Janet Reno is also publicly connected to John Alexander (e.g., the recent "Non-Lethal Warfare" conference).

See also: The Man Who Knew Too Much - What really happened at Waco? Carlos Ghigliotti thought he had the answer, and now he's dead. Was he a victim of conspiracy, or his own obsession? Ghigliotti -- an expert in thermal imaging -- was retained by the House Government Reform Committee last year to probe allegations that FBI agents -- despite their vehement assertions to the contrary -- had fired their weapons at members of the Branch Davidian sect, trapping helpless women and children inside the burning compound on April 19, 1993. Last fall, I had quoted him in The Post as saying that infrared surveillance tapes -- as well as regular videos made by the Media -- contained proof that the FBI fired. "The gunfire ... is there, without a doubt."

In March, he was finalizing his report to Congress. He also had been advising attorneys waging a $100 million wrongful death suit against the Government on behalf of the Davidians and their heirs. "I still have a lot of shocking evidence to show you," he wrote in a March 28 letter to Michael Caddell, the lead attorney in that case.

When his body was discovered, Ghigliotti's office got the scrutiny that Vince Foster's warranted after his suicide. Police sealed the premises and carted off computers and files. Rep. Dan Burton (R-Ind.) -- whose committee had retained Ghigliotti -- called for "a full and thorough investigation." The Justice Department's special counsel on Waco -- John C. Danforth -- asked a federal court to take control of all evidence from Ghigliotti's firm.

I'd spent hours in that workshop reviewing tapes on his 8-monitor JVC video console, looking for evidence of Government perfidy in grainy images, debating theories while his beloved cats -- Simone and Sipowicz -- lolled at our feet. Carlos could be exasperating -- brusque, inflexible and short-tempered, a fireplug of a guy who carried himself like a street fighter -- but he had a soft side. More than once, he admitted to breaking down in tears while examining Waco evidence. Someone had to speak for the dead, he told me that he believed with all his heart that he had finally uncovered the Truth.

"I've solved the case," he announced during one of his calls in March, urging me to come once again to his lab to review videotapes. "I know exactly what happened."

But I was busy on other stories and never made it back. Now there was one more mystery to unravel: Was Carlos the final victim of Waco?

The Russian government is offering to share with the United States -- in a bilateral Center for Psychotechnologies -- the Soviet mind-control technology developed during the 1970s. The work was funded by the Department of Psycho-Correction at the Moscow Medical Academy.

"Acoustic psycho-correction involves the transmission of specific commands via static or white noise bands into the human subconscious ..." The Russian experts -- among them former KGB General George Kotov -- present in a paper a list of software and hardware available for $80,000. (From Opal article, "U.S. Explores Russian Mind Control Technology".)

(D) High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program, HAARP

The HAARP Program is jointly managed by the US Air Force and the US Navy and is based in Gakona, Alaska. It is designed to "understand, simulate, and control ionospheric processes that might alter the performance of communication and surveillance systems". The HAARP system intends to beam 3.6 Gigawatts of effective radiated power of hig- frequency radio energy into the ionosphere in order to (warning: all of which follows may be disinformation):

● Generate extremely low frequency (ELF) waves for communicating with submerged submarines

● Conduct geophysical probes to identify and characterize natural ionospheric processes so that techniques can be developed to mitigate or control them

● Generate ionospheric lenses to focus large amounts of high frequency energy, thus providing a means of triggering ionospheric processes that potentially could be exploited for Department of Defense purposes

● Electron acceleration for infrared (IR) and other optical emissions which could be used to control radio wave propagation properties

● Generate geomagnetic field aligned ionization to control the reflection/scattering properties of radio waves

● Use oblique heating to produce effects on radio wave propagation, thus broadening the potential military applications of ionospheric enhancement technology

Take a moment to reflect on April 19 1775 when the government sent out troops to confiscate the guns and ammo of the American people. It was the Shot heard around the world when on the early morning of April 19 that 77 men stood in a line against the most powerful army in the world, out numberd by a 100 to 1. Captain Parker gave his men the famous line Don't fire unless fired upon but if they mean to have a war let it start here.

The master plan, it seems, is to move perhaps 40 million high-skill American jobs to other countries. U.S. workers have not been consulted.
Princeton economist Alan Blinder predicts that these choice jobs could be lost in a mere decade or two. We speak of computer programming, bookkeeping, graphic design and other careers once thought firmly planted in American soil. For perspective, 40 million is more than twice the total number of people now employed in manufacturing.

In reality, the English approach has not re-duced violent crime. Instead it has left law-abiding citizens at the mercy of criminals who are confident that their victims have neither the means nor the legal right to resist them. Imitating this model would be a public safety disaster for the United States.
The illusion that the English government had protected its citizens by disarming them seemed credible because few realized the country had an astonishingly low level of armed crime even before guns were restricted. A government study for the years 1890-92, for example, found only three handgun homicides, an average of one a year, in a population of 30 million. In 1904 there were only four armed robberies in London, then the largest city in the world. A hundred years and many gun laws later, the BBC reported that England's firearms restrictions "seem to have had little impact in the criminal underworld." Guns are virtually outlawed, and, as the old slogan predicted, only outlaws have guns. Worse, they are increasingly ready to use them.

A federal judge on Monday rejected prosecutors' request to close portions of an upcoming trial for two former pro-Israel lobbyists accused of violating the Espionage Act.

The government's proposal to keep huge swaths of evidence in the case out of public view was unprecedented and violated both the defendants' and the public's right to an open trial, U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis said.

The defendants--Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman, who had been lobbyists with the American Israel Public Affairs Committee--are charged with illegally disclosing sensitive national defense information to persons not entitled to receive it, including journalists and foreign diplomats.

Over the past six months, American troops have died in Iraq at the highest rate since the war began, an indication that the conflict is becoming increasingly dangerous for U.S. forces even after more than four years of fighting.

From October 2006 through last month, 532 American soldiers were killed, the most during any six-month period of the war. March also marked the first time that the U.S. military suffered four straight months of 80 or more fatalities. April, with 58 service members killed through Monday, is on pace to be one of the deadliest months of the conflict for American forces.

Virginia Tech's recent action against a student caught carrying a gun to class could draw unwanted attention from groups already angry about firearms restrictions on public college campuses.
University officials confirmed that, earlier this semester, campus police approached a student found to be carrying a concealed handgun to class. The unnamed student was not charged with any crimes because he holds a state-issued permit allowing him to carry a concealed gun. But the student could face disciplinary action from the university for violating its policy prohibiting "unauthorized possession, storage or control" of firearms on campus.

Roughly 90 percent of American children attend government schools. That share has not changed substantially in the last 20 years, during which those schools have been under a constant barrage from a variety of critics. Despite growth in home-schooling and presumably attendance at religious schools, there has been no prominent exodus from the government’s system.
Charter schools have made inroads in various states, but I wouldn’t count them as part of an eroding of state education. While charter schools are relieved of some bureaucratic burdens, ultimately they are accountable to the chartering authority: the state. True, parents have the power to desert a charter school, but government has the power to revoke a charter in defiance of the parents’ wishes. Of course, the schools are financed by the taxpayers. Charter schools are one of those seductive ad hoc “creative solutions” that distract attention from the real task, delegitimizing the government’s role in education, which is to say, the raising of children.

Virginia Tech, a state school, prohibits its students from carrying guns onto campus. When someone recently introduced a bill in the Virginia legislature to permit students with state-issued concealed-carry permits to carry guns onto campus, the bill was allowed to die in committee.
So there you have it, once again: Virginia Tech’s gun-control regulation disarmed Virginia Tech’s students from defending themselves against a mass murderer who, having ignored the regulation, could be virtually certain that all Virginia Tech students would be disarmed. Why, just one or two armed students could have taken the murderer out.
How many gun massacres must we witness before Americans finally abandon their devotion to gun control? The best thing Americans could ever do is to abolish all restrictions on ownership of weapons, including registration requirements, waiting periods, concealed-carry laws, et cetera, which would once again permit ordinary, peaceful, law-abiding Americans the unrestricted ability to defend themselves against murderers, who have as much respect for laws against guns as they do for laws against murder.

But let's use the more conservative estimate for purposes of comparison. One way of making that comparison would be to say that Iraq is currently enduring something equivalent to three Blacksburg massacres every single day of the year. But this comparison doesn't take into account that the population of Iraq is about one-twelfth the size of the United States.
If we take that difference into account, we might say the Iraqi civil war is producing the equivalent of 35 Blacksburg massacres, seven days per week, 365 days per year.

The controversy surrounding remarks by talk show host Don Imus shows that the nation remains incredibly sensitive about matters of race, despite the outward progress of the last 40 years. A nation that once prided itself on a sense of rugged individualism has become uncomfortably obsessed with racial group identities.
The young women on the basketball team Mr. Imus insulted are over 18 and can speak for themselves. It’s disconcerting to see third parties become involved and presume to speak collectively for minority groups. It is precisely this collectivist mindset that is at the heart of racism.
Racism is simply an ugly form of collectivism, the mindset that views humans strictly as members of groups rather than individuals. Racists believe that all individuals who share superficial physical characteristics are alike: as collectivists, racists think only in terms of groups. By encouraging Americans to adopt a group mentality, the advocates of so-called "diversity" actually perpetuate racism. Their obsession with racial group identity is inherently racist.

The tragic murders of Virginia Tech students, apparently by an insane person, will prompt new attempts to ban private ownership of guns. Once guns are banned, crime will explode. Households and vulnerable members of society will lose the ability to defend, which will invite more intrusions and attacks. Knife crimes will rise as they have in Great Britain.
Gun prohibition will create a new industry for criminals--gun running and black market sales. Police will conduct stings by posing as black market gun dealers and entrap innocent citizens driven by fear and threat to secure means of personal protection.

Hello Politicians,

Just wanted to send a letter suggesting something after the terrible things that happened at Virginia Tech. I came from a small town and I remember every week a emergency siren test would go off at the nearby Fire Station and other Buildings around the town.

Why doesn't every College and University have a Emergency Siren like this ? Some of these schools are big enough to be the equivalent of a small town. This would give the staff and students a little time to prepare don't you think ? It would also signal a nearby Fire and Rescue station and police station.

Maybe the staff and students could take a course upon entry to learn the different siren warnings and what they mean and what to do? I don’t think it would cost very much to install something like this on top of a Building in every College or University even with a speaker system? Something like this might cause a individual to flee instead of hanging around to do more damage? Just a thought, I will send this out and see what happens?

Thanks for your time,
Kevin A.

*Good idea Kevin, but first we will have to have a congressional oversight hearing and then start a grant program that has 70% of the funds go to administration. – Doyel

Bld. 7 was supposed to be sculpted out at the base by magic jumping debris, which would have had to change trajectory from a tall falling building in order to go over building six, yet enter building seven at the lower floors. Reminiscent of the magic bullet theory of the Warren Commission.
